This policy covers os3robotics.com and developer-unit deposits. We collect what checkout needs, do not run ads or sell data, and let you request or delete your information by email.

What we collect

At checkout, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, payment details, company and intended use. Card numbers go only to Stripe; we never see or store them. We also keep correspondence when you email us or book a call. This site requires no account and collects no form data.

What we do with it

We use this information to manage your reservation, contact you, answer questions and understand who is ordering. We do not sell or rent personal information or run third-party ads or analytics trackers.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only after you press play and may then set cookies. Stripe uses cookies on checkout pages for payments and fraud prevention.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments and checkout), Google and YouTube (embedded video), Vercel (site hosting and standard server logs), Cal.com (call booking), and our email provider. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

We retain order information while a reservation is active and as tax and accounting rules require. Email hi@os3robotics.com to access, correct or delete your information; some records may need to be retained by law. This is also how California residents exercise CCPA rights, and we honor the same requests from everyone.

Robot data

This policy covers only the website and deposits. Robots in operation record camera and sensor data to operate, supervise and improve the system. OS3 personnel may access that data. Deployment and developer agreements govern it in detail.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
